How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically require 1–3 business days to prepare and package your order.

Standard shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a square scarf, twilly scarf, bag scarf, scarf gift set or other fashion accessory is damaged, defective, missing components or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number together with clear photos of the affected product and its packaging. Our customer care team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment.

Can I return my elnaviq scarves if they do not meet my expectations?

Yes. From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to request an eligible return.

Returned scarves and fashion accessories must be in brand-new, unused condition and include their original packaging, accessories, tags and any included materials. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged through improper handling or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable consumer law. Please contact our customer care team before sending anything back.

Can I exchange my scarves for another available option?

Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible unused products within the applicable 30-day return period, subject to product availability and our Refund Policy.

If you would like another available size, color, fabric, pattern, scarf style or other eligible option, please contact our customer care team before returning the original product so we can review your request and provide the appropriate exchange instructions.

Where should I send my return or exchange?

Approved returns and exchanges are processed through our return facility in China.

Please contact our customer care team before sending any product back. The exact return address will be provided after your return or exchange request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless our customer care team specifically instructs you to do so.

Are any products not eligible for return?

Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including gift cards, customized or personalized scarves and fashion accessories, and certain used, altered or damaged items, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise or a covered defect exists.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, elnaviq will process the approved refund within 3–5 business days.

When will my refund appear in my account?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After elnaviq processes the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
