If something is not quite right, our return, exchange and refund process is designed to be clear, simple and easy to understand.

Our 30-Day Reflection Period

From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to decide whether your eligible elnaviq scarves or fashion accessories are the right choice for you.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in brand-new, unused and unworn condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories and any included materials. Product-specific exclusions and applicable consumer rights are described below.

Product Condition Notice

Scarves and fashion accessories that show signs of use, wear, washing, stains, discoloration, stretching, fabric damage, alteration, missing components or other visible deterioration cannot normally be accepted for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable consumer law.

We recommend checking your product carefully, including its material, dimensions, color, printed pattern, fabric condition, finishing details and overall appearance, before deciding whether to keep it. Please check the applicable return conditions before wearing or washing the item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a square scarf, twilly scarf, bag scarf, neck scarf, scarf gift set or other fashion accessory that is damaged, defective, missing components or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the affected product and its packaging. Reporting an issue after 48 hours does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

How to Initiate a Return

To help ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow the steps below.

Contact Us

Email service@elnaviq.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your request.

Get Authorization

Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible for return.

Ship the Item

Package your scarf or fashion accessory securely to help prevent damage, staining, creasing or deformation during transit, and follow the instructions provided by our customer care team.

For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law.

Return Address

Approved Returns

Approved returns are processed through our return facility in China. Please contact our customer care team before sending any item back. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless our customer care team specifically instructs you to do so. Our return facility is separate from the registered business address of Chengdu Xingkong Liangchen Technology Co., Ltd.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible unused and unworn scarves and fashion accessories within the applicable 30-day return period, subject to product availability and the conditions of this policy.

If you would like to exchange a square scarf, twilly scarf, bag scarf, neck scarf or another fashion accessory for a different available size, color, fabric, pattern, style or other eligible option, please contact our customer care team before sending the original item back.

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate exchange instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed correctly, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Availability

Exchange requests depend on current product availability. Certain scarf dimensions, colors, printed patterns, fabric options, vintage-inspired designs and limited collections may sell out or change as our collections are updated.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, our customer care team will discuss the available options with you.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your eligible returned scarf or fashion accessory, we will process your approved refund within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

When Will the Refund Appear?

After elnaviq processes your refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Customized or Personalized Products

Scarves and fashion accessories that have been customized or personalized, including items featuring custom names, initials, embroidery, colors, printed text, bespoke patterns or other personalized details, cannot normally be returned for a change of mind unless an applicable quality issue or defect exists or consumer law requires otherwise.
